The supplied clone software from Acronis did not work. Eventually I used AOMEI which required me to post to facebook to access the clone feature. The listing advises buying a SATA cable, which I did, and had to pay postage for even though it came in the same package. There is no information about whether a power cable is needed. If you need this drive to speed up a slow PC then you will have trouble installing it. If your PC doesn't have much clutter and will clone easily to this drive then you probably don't need it. In particular the 'select folders to exclude' feature in Acronis that should mean there is room on the SSD didn't work. After deleting lots of files to reduce the source disc size Acronis still bombed out after the 'restart' operation. I am using Windows 10 on a Lenovo computer with 500Gb hard drive and now a cloned 250Gb SSD. This is not simple or easy as advertised. I will post to youtube with a how-to video and a comments/review video
