Corsair Hydro Series H55 Quiet CPU Cooler - liquid cooling system

Great little cooler, better than stock fan
I run with am AM3 8 core processor and under normal operation would have a CPU temp of around 40-45 degrees. I recently ran some imaging software which hit the processor hard and caused the system to reach 70 degrees at which stage it shut down.
I replaced the stock fan for one of these units and found installation to be relatively easy but you do need to have an hour spare to give time to do it properly and tidily.
Another good thing with this particular unit (over the model H60 unit) is that the pump section which has contact with the processor is relatively small which was a major issue in my case due to the RAM modules being quite close to the processor. There is still plenty of room between the water pipes and the RAM so it is great if you are short of space.
Since installing the cooler my normal operation is around 30 degrees and when running the imaging software it has never gone over 45 degrees (which is what I was getting under normal load balance with the stock fan)!
